His maritime education from the School of Aspropyrgos, along with certifications in yacht operations positions him as a highly competent and reliable leader on board. With a background that includes Michelin-star restaurants, luxury resorts, private villas and hotels across Austria, Germany, Spain and Greece, including The Fat Duck Restaurant UK ( 3 Michelin stars), Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel & Spa SLH and Robinson Club Jandia Playa, he specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisine tailored to guest preferences. George is the owner of a traditional Greek restaurant, blending authenticity with modern street food appeal. He has also been the head chef for the Royal Saudi Family for over 3 years. George has also advanced training in molecular gastronomy and pastry arts and delivers refined, health-conscious, and creative menus. His calm professionalism, adaptability, and dedication to top-tier service make him a trusted culinary leader at sea. He speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Rimma was born in 1993 and she is a highly skilled yacht stewardess who has made a successful transition from a career in customer service to the luxury yachting industry.
